Tom Gagliano

Thomas Gagliano is a highly motivated and successful entrepreneur with a proven track record in small business ventures. While working in the garment industry for the past 25 years, he carved out a leadership position for Quick Bias Binding Inc., a service company in Brooklyn. During that time, Gagliano also has been a high-profile leader in addiction and self-help therapy. He has helped developed unique methods and procedures that have helped numerous institutions and individuals in the greater New York area. Having been featured as a key-note speaker at a number of meetings and conferences in New Jersey, Gagliano has become a regular on the speaking circuit. He added to his business ventures by entering into the real estate market in 2000. He purchased and developed Chazz Realty, which gave him ownership of rental properties in Brooklyn. He also owns a consulting company called T. S. Binding, LLC. Gagliano is a graduate of Seton Hall University and has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. In 2011, he graduated with an MSW from Rutgers University and his book, The Problem Was Me was also released that same month.

“Along my path to a better life, I have had the opportunity to share my experiences and insights with people from all walks of life. It wasn’t long before I began coaching or sponsoring many of them. Some would share my healing methods with their therapist, many of whom would ask to meet me. The people who allowed me to help them are the ones who inspired me to write a book. My intention is to bring those same methods to a broader base. My book contains my life story and the story of other men and women who have found a better life through using the techniques in this book. They realized they are not evil people who deserve to be punished, but rather discouraged people who needed help. This book will bring hope to anyone – addict or not – who is paralyzed by their wounded past. It will also shed light for family and friends who do not understand how their loved ones can reject happiness and help whenever it is offered. Finally this book will provide some with a blueprint to give their children the loving and healthy messages denied to many of them.”
