Michael Bonventre

Michael A. Bonventre is a former undercover organized crime and narcotics consultant to Federal, State and County law enforcement agencies; parent of a recovered substance abuser; grandfather of three facing today's peer pressure; RDTS Operations Manager; Certification Trainer; Pre- and Post-Rehabilitation Drug Consultant.

Mr. Bonventre brings more than 30 years of personal and business experience to Rapid Drug Test Systems. Mr. Bonventre's business skills began at an early age when he joined his family business. The family business grew to be one of the largest in the Southern Tier of New York, serving hundreds of corporate, residential and small business customers. When the family business was sold in 1982, Mr. Bonventre became an organized crime and drug consultant for Federal, State and County law enforcement agencies. In an effort to fight crime and drugs that plagued his and other community businesses, schools and families, Mr. Bonventre volunteered to act in the capacity of an undercover organized crime and narcotics operative from 1982 through 1985.

Mr. Bonventre's three years as an undercover operative working with State Attorneys, County Sheriffs and the FBI from coast to coast resulted in many felony convictions and gave him a unique insight into the uses and effects of drugs and crime in the workplace, schools, family and community. Working with repeat offenders has provided Mr. Bonventre with knowledge of rehabilitation failures not seen from within the industry.

From 1986 to 1999, Mr. Bonventre (formerly mabassoc.com) had consulted small business and property owners in the areas of substance abuse- and crime-related problems. Since 1999, Mr. Bonventre has tailored his consulting and educational efforts toward the detection, prevention and education of drugs and crime in workplaces, schools and communities throughout the U.S.

Today Mr. Bonventre is a nationally recognized certification trainer/drug consultant, expert witness for family court, probation, unemployment and educational speaker. Mr. Bonventre has certified and consulted drug and alcohol-collection providers, ranging from small occupational health clinics to large metropolitan health centers to some of the nation’s largest Drug Free Corporations.

Mr. Bonventre is also nationally active in mentoring/consulting citizen anti-drug dealer solution groups; families of substance abusers and individuals working with pre- and post-rehabilitation clients. Mr. Bonventre mentors citizens who are implementing the tactics found in Mike Levine's bestselling book Fight Back: How to Take Back Your Neighborhood, Schools, And Families from the Drug Dealers. Mr. Bonventre has helped numerous citizens conquer drug dealers, drug-related crime and substance abuse by guiding them through Mike Levine's Fight Back Plan.
