I was a silver spooned child growing up in an affluent town in Massachusetts, called Wellesley. My mother was a famous model, television personality, and my life was a priviledged one!We had a twin engined plane,3 cars,a summer house on Cape Cod,and all was going well.

On March 21st 1971,my parents were killed in their plane that hit Mount Washington in New Hampshire.I was an only child.Needless to say I was devastated.I was studying Martial Arts at the time and continued to.There is no question it saved my life! The structure, the Self-Esteem boost, the Intructors compassion. It all depends on how the Instructor intergrates the theraputic modalities that Martial Arts has at it’s disposal!

I dabbled with alcohol and some drugs but my performance in Martial arts drastically declined and my Instructors noticed it.I basically had a feedback system set up for me,that is,I could not both use and study Martial Arts purely.

It was several years later that I decided to institute the physical amd mental modalities into a therapy for addicts and alchoholics like myself. It had saved my life more than once and why not share my process. It was fun, demanding, but had an aspect of a novelty no other Art had in it’s own way.

I approached the Governor of Massachusetts with my idea and we taught teens and adults as an alternative to gangs and drigs and alcohol. It worked!

I have used my program in 9 countries, just recently Poland ,and Czech Republic.I have pictures on my website of these teens.I have a passion as I am an orphan, and am a recoverer as well(10 years sober).

I would love to help others experience what I have, and spread my success in California!
