Julie Vaughan, M.Ed. LPC NCC CC

Julie Vaughan, M.Ed. LPC NCC CC has been in the behavioral health field for 19 years, working with individuals, groups, families & professionals. Early in her career, she treated a variety of women’s issues while in private practice in Boulder, CO and then decided to specialize in eating disorders. Julie joined the clinical team at the world-renowned treatment center, Remuda Ranch in Wickenburg, AZ in 1996 and served as a clinician at all levels of care. Julie became the first Clinical Advisor to Marketing at Remuda in 2000 where she designed and provided educational in-services to medical professionals, managed care groups, and school faculty in an effort to help them respond effectively to those at risk for eating disorders. She has been a speaker at national conferences as well as a guest on local and national radio programs. From 2004-2008 Julie provided direct national marketing services to addiction focused treatment facilities. In 2006 Julie became certified as a Life Coach, guiding women and providing workshops. Currently, Julie enjoys her role as the IAEDP AZ Chapter President and her private practice in Scottsdale, AZ where she provides therapy and coaching services for women from a body & movement oriented approach. Julie combines her education, experience, and passion to help others with warmth and empathy.
