Raised in Michigan, Carol received her BA from Michigan State University, MS from Central Michigan University, and EdD in Health and Human Performance from Brigham Young University. She holds certifications as an NLP (Neurolinguistics Programming) Master Practitioner and Trainer with specialties in Hypno-Addictionology and Sports Performance for the National Federation of Neurolinguistic Programming, as a coach with the Certified Coaches Federation, and as a clinical hypnotherapist with the Association for Integrative Psychology.
