The Director of the Women’s Center works collaboratively with other directors to achieve the overall mission of Pine Grove and will report directly to Chief Officer of Behavioral Health. Candidates must be able to work independently, requiring minimal supervision, demonstrate knowledge and skills to appropriately communicate and interact with the patients, families and referral sources. Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, marriage & family or other healthcare related field required, and must be license-eligible in MS. Extensive experience working with eating disorders, substance abuse and trauma required. Certified Eating Disorder Therapists preferred, with a minimum of five years experience in a healthcare related field, with a minimum of three years progressive management experience.
