Hey, I really look forward to what you post frequently. I have added this blog to my favorites in internet explorer so that I can return whenever I want snippets of information that I can pick and use right away. I love the way you are able to put into words what you feel and how it is able to work instantaneously. Keep up the posting and flow of thoughts.

I think one of biggest causes of a problem you mentioned - the fact that very little addict seek treatment - is because of the stigma attached to addictions. When people think of addictions, they tend to think it's personal choice and "foolishness". But the truth couldn't be further from that. Addictions are often due to a miswiring of the brain - it's DISEASE. Would you be ashamed if you developed cancer?
